Each Playbill is made up of one or more pages — think of them like slides or sections of your printed program. You can add as many pages as you need and arrange them in any order.

Adding a Page

Open the page panel

Look for the left-side page panel inside your Playbill editor. This panel lists all current pages in your Playbill.

Click the + button

Click the + button in the page panel. A new blank page will be added to your Playbill immediately.

Start editing

The new page will be selected automatically. Drag elements from the right panel onto the canvas to start building your content.
Your new page has been added and is ready to edit.

Reordering Pages

The order of pages in the left panel determines the order they appear in your published Playbill.
  • Click the ↑ up arrow next to a page to move it earlier in the Playbill.
  • Click the ↓ down arrow to move it later.
Plan your page order before adding content — for example: Cover → Welcome Message → Cast List → Crew List → Scenes Breakdown → Sponsors.

Switching Between Pages

Click any page in the left panel to select it and load it on the canvas. Only one page is active at a time — changes you make apply only to the currently selected page.

Deleting a Page

To remove a page, select it in the left panel and look for the delete option.
Deleting a page is permanent. All elements on that page will be lost.
