Frequently Asked Questions

Head to visioncam.xyz and click Sign Up in the top navigation. You can register with Google or with your email address. See Account Management for step-by-step instructions.
On the login page, click Forgot Password and enter your email address. You’ll receive a reset link within a few minutes. If you signed up with Google, use the Google sign-in option instead.
Go to Account SettingsSecurity and toggle on Two-Factor Authentication. You’ll be guided through the setup process. Once enabled, high-risk actions will require a 2FA code to proceed.
Navigate to Account Settings → scroll to the Danger Zone → click Delete Account. Note this is permanent and cannot be undone. See Account Management for full details.
Check your spam or junk folder first. If emails are still missing, make sure your email address is correct in your account settings, and that VisionCam emails aren’t being filtered. Contact support@visioncam.xyz if the issue persists.
