# Using Multiview Pro in OBS

> Add and arrange up to 16 live sources in a single Multiview Pro layout inside OBS Studio so you can monitor your production at a glance.

## Adding a Source

Multiview Pro lets you monitor up to **16 live sources** simultaneously in a single customizable layout. A red outline means that the source is active and is being displayed.

  <Step title="Open the Tools menu">
    In the OBS navbar, click the **Tools** dropdown menu.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select your source">
    A popup will appear listing your available sources. Select the one you want to add to your multiview.
  </Step>

  <Step title="You're live">
    Your source will appear in the multiview layout instantly. Repeat to add more sources.
  </Step>

<Note>
  You can add up to **16 sources** at a time in your multiview layout.
